The postman can only deliver during working hours. Please enter an address where a person is present between 8:00 and 17:00. You can also enter your work address as the reception address if this is more convenient to you.
You cannot enter a P.O. Box address for delivery by bpost. The parcel will automatically be returned to Studio AMA if you enter a P.O. Box address.
What if I am not home when the delivery takes place? If no one is present, the postman will leave a note with a barcode and a package number. You can then log in to the bpost website or contact bpost to deliver the parcel at a different time. If no one is at home, the parcel goes to the local office. Its address will be mentioned on the note in your mailbox. The parcel is available for 14 days.
If the parcel is not picked up on time, it will be returned to Studio AMA and treated as a returned parcel. You will then receive a confirmation of the return and your refund.
Can I specify a delivery time? Unfortunately, this is impossible. The postman will ring the doorbell at your address during office hours, but cannot guarantee us an exact time. The courier is dependent on possible traffic delays and other circumstances that may affect the delivery schedule. Under no circumstances can the courier inform us of the delivery schedule.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at Studio AMA. We do everything in our power to offer you excellent quality, value for money and excellent service. If you want to return or exchange an item, or if you have decided not to keep it, please print and complete the return note and return it to us within 14 calendar days, along with the items in their original packaging with the label. In this case, we will exchange the item(s) or refund the full cost price, excluding incurred delivery costs. The customer is responsible for the shipment of the goods and the costs that may result from this.

BELGIUM FIT & COLLECT BY COLLECTIQUE
With Collectique's Fit & Collect delivery option, you can ship your order to a nearby store. There you can immediately try out items and decide what to take home. Returns are handled by the Collectique point's staff. The Collectique points are fashion stores and boutiques with which we closely collaborate. They will receive your parcel and keep it waiting for you. Once your parcel has arrived, you will receive a notification and will have 10 days to collect it. All returns are handled at the Collectique point, meaning there is no need for you to fill out return forms or repack your items. Enjoy!
